For Carmen Tarleton, the day started out normally enough. Tarleton, 45, had errands to run, a piano lesson to get to, a house to tidy. Click and it’ll take you to some random but really cool location on Google Street View. I might have just wasted a LOT of time on this.
Oh jesus I’m never going to get anything done today.

“Student Council sells carnations for Valentine’s Day. Red is for love, pink is for like and white is for friendship. I always get nervous when the 8th graders come into class and pass them out but I don’t know why because I know I’m not ever going to get one from anybody. Only the girls who are going with people ever get them, and sometimes the cool girls give them to their friends. And Zach gets them because he had heart surgery last year and all the girls feel bad for him because he’s cute and has a big scar on his chest.”
